I have been a health food connoisseur for about 18 years. Everywhere I go I must visit a health food store. To me they are like chocolate to a chocolate lover. Vital Health is number 1. I have found that when you shop at Vital Health you can just enjoy and be assured that the owners have done their research on the ingredients. They do not bring junk products into the store, as I have found in many other health food establishments. The staff at Vital Health saved my life. Last summer I stopped at Vital Health as I was driving aimlessly down through BC and into the states. No idea where I was really going but I knew when I got there I was going to end my life. I needed a break and Vital Health just happened to be the place I stopped. The young man working there was counseling another person on depression and as I was browsing the shelves I listened in on the conversation, and asked the lady working there an occasional question.   Somehow during that hour and a half period I decided to do and take some of the things being suggested. Here I am, 8 months later, going home and passing back through Creston and stopping in at Vital Health , alive, ready to ask for help, and getting well.   ~Name held back by request
