This is just a nice and tasty dressing that can be used on a variety of dishes.  I use it all the time and I never get bored of it’s zesty flavor.  The recipe I’ve written out is just enough for a single serving, so then you can multiply it as needed.

RECIPE:

Juice of 1 Lemon

3/4 tsp Mustard

1 Tbsp Olive Oil

1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette

8 drops of Stevia or 1 tsp of maple syrup

1/4 tsp dried basil

Salt & Pepper to taste
