Cauliflower Rice Stir Fry

This is a really great idea for a grain free vegetarian dish that pairs well alongside any other veggie or meat dish.

RECIPE:

1/4 tsp turmeric

1/4 tsp ginger

1 tsp coconut aminos or soy sauce of your choice

salt and pepper to taiste

1 Head of Cauliflower pulsed in a food processor

1 small onion

2 cloves of minced garlic

Assorted veggies such as sliced pepper, carrots, zucchini, broccoli, and mushrooms

DIRECTIONS:

Saute onion until soft in an oil of your choice then add the rest of the veggies and spices and saute until desired softness then serve.
