This creamy pesto on sauteed veggies is probably my favorite go to meal. It’s rich savory flavour and creamy texture never disappoints. On top of all that, it is super healthy, vegan friendly, and candida cleanse safe.
1 small ripe avocado
1 clove of garlic minced
2 Tbsp hemp seeds
2 Tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
1 Cup packed fresh basil leaves
Sea salt and Pepper to taste
Just pop all of those ingredients into a mini food processor to blend them up and viola, its all ready to add to your favorite assortment of sauteed veggies. I used a spiralizer to make zucchini noodles in place of using some sort of grain pasta, but the sky is the limit with how you can dress your plate up so let your culinary creativity soar.
