Nestled in the beautiful Creston Valley, Vital Health Food Store has been serving the area for over thirty years. Over those years it has gone through several dedicated owners who all devoted their energies to bringing health and wellness to this valley.

A personal journey to health lead Jeanna and Garry Reed to purchase Vital Health in 2009. Like the owners who came before, they have dedicated their lives to offering the highest quality natural food products with a focus on ethical, local sources and Canadian based companies. They have committed to quality customer service by staying up-to-date and informed on all of their foods and products. The atmosphere and energy in our store is personal, attentive and welcoming. It has also been overheard and expressed on a regular basis that folks come in here just for the smell!
