Eat More Loaf

It’s called Eat More Loaf for a reason

INGREDIENTS:

1 Cup Peanut Butter

3/4 Cup Honey

2 Cups or Rice Crisp (We used “One Degree” veganic sprouted brown rice crisps)

1 tsp Vanilla extract

1 1/2 Cups Dark Chocolate Chips

1 1/2 Cup Peanuts, slightly chopped

 

DIRECTIONS:

Melt Peanut Butter, Honey, and Chocolate Chips in a double broiler over low heat.  Stir in the other ingredients.  Spill onto 3-4 sheets of wax paper.  Wrap up into rolls.  Let cool.  Serve Sliced.
