Thick, creamy, delicious and full of Healthy Fats. If you love and chocolate and coconut then this pie is for you!
CRUST RECIPE:
2 Egg whites whipped
1/4 Cup Coconut Cream
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 tsp stevia powder or 1 Tbsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 and 3/4 Cup coconut flakes
DIRECTIONS:
Whip the eggs whites then add the rest of the ingredients and mix. Pat into a pie plate and bake at 400 degress for 10 minutes or until it starts to brown a touch.
FILLING RECIPE:
3/4 Cup Coconut Cream
3 Avocados
3 tsp melted coconut oil
4 tsp Stevia or 4 Tbsp Maple syrup
4 tsp Vanilla extract
3/4 Cup Cocoa
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
DIRECTIONS:
Mix all ingredients in a food processor then pour mixture into the crust and cool in the fridge for 2 hours. Garnish with coconut flakes. Enjoy
